Career Services administers tests for the Career Readiness Certificate through the State of Oklahoma Department of Commerce. WorkKeys is a workplace basic skills assessment developed by ACT, Inc., the creators of the ACT Assessment® college entrance exam.

Career Services tests in three areas:

• Reading for Information
• Applied Mathematics
• Locating Information (graphical information)

The Career Readiness Certificate assures that individuals have the basic skills required to be successful in a given position or career.

In addition, Career Services employs a certified Job Profiler who can assist your business in determining the WorkKeys level required for specific jobs in your company.
